IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention: IPPC) is a 1951 multilateral treaty overseen by the Food and Agriculture Organization that aims to secure coordinated, effective action to prevent and to control the introduction and spread of pests of plants and plant products.
ISPM 15 stands for the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No.15 (ISPM No.15). They are a set of regulations which were set up to help prevent the spread of pests and diseases through the use of wood in packaging materials used in international trade. ISPM 15 is approved and set up by USA and all other 118 partner trading countries. Now total 134 counrties already signed and engage with this treaty. It is completely enforced by law since March 2002
2 Methods for IPPC standard: 
1. MB (Methyl Bromide) Fumigation:  The packages/product must be fumigated by MB of not less than either 24 or 48 hours as required by each destination country and under controlled by NWPCA (National Wooden Pallet and Container Association)
2. HT (Heat Treatment): The packages/product must be heated bywhiche temperature at the wood core of not less than 56 degree celcius, under time span of not less than 30 minutes. This method is under controlled by ALSC (American Lumber Standards Committee)
 
If the packages have not been treated with MB or HT and stamp with IPPC stamp, the packages might be returned back to origin country or have to be done at arrival port at a very very high rate.

1.2 Door to port service 
It is suitable for heavy airfreight shipment or sea freight shipment with cheaper shipping rate and longer transit time 
-Airfreight shipment: 
We take care the shipment until it arrives at destination agreed airport. Then customer/broker need to clear the shipment at airport themselves. Destination charges is a little bit high cost, so make sure your volume is big enough to send via this service. If not, door to door courier service should be the best solution.
Weight calculation: same door to door service, comparing both actual weight and volume weight
Volume weight: width x length x height (cms) / 6000. 
***The only difference is divided by 6000, so that volume weight will be less, and make the whole shipment less cost than door to door service***
***Please mention the airport name with airport code (if any) to make sure the corrected needed airport***
-Seafreight shipment: 
It is same same as door to airport service, but sending to seaport only. Please be noted that destination seaport charges is very very expensive when you pick up DO (Delivery Order) to clear the shipment. So suggest to send a heavy weight, bulky shipment with not less than 2-3 CBM 
Weight Calculation: Normally we charge by volume/CBM or space use

We use only strong cardboard box with 5 layers to make sure it could support the goods weight. Also when we pack, we will pack to waste less space as possible for both safety and cost saving. Not suggest to pack weight over 70 kgs per carton/weight as it might be broken. Plastic Bunding, Fragile sticker, Up/Down sticker could be of your help to some extent. In case of weight over 70 kgs, suggest to pack as pallet to save cost and easy unpacking. 
Pallet packing: 
There are both standard pallet (100x120 cms or 100x100 cms) and tailor made pallets to exactly fit the goods. Need to put the goods on pallet same as “Brick construction” for strong packing. We will wrap again with Plastic sheet/film and bunding one more time on top. This will ensure supreme safety of goods.  As general practice, heavy weight-non fragile items at the bottom and light weight fragile items on tops. Pallet packing is best in term of goods movement and unpacking. 
Wooden packing: (wooden crate and wooden case)
